Critical Discrepancy Report is another standard fleet management service offered by FleetServe. A copy of the Critical Discrepancy Report is left on-site when fleet service is completed and can trigger an optional phone call to a fleet manager or mechanic. A Critical Discrepancy Report describes conditions that, left unattended, could cause damage to your equipment, break downs, potentially dangerous situations or result in DOT out of service. We also keep a copy of these reports in our permanent files.
