Each service team consists of three technicians, a Crew Supervisor and two service technicians. All crews are dispatched from one of our facilities. We do not contract any of our work or labor to outside sources.
Each technician is screened with a background and driving record check, and drug screens are required twice a month. After orientation, each new technician goes through two weeks of classroom and hands on training in our training facility in Texas. That is followed by two to three weeks of field training. Every technician is also DOT certified to perform air brake inspections and adjustments and also receives well safety certification through the ETC. Our technicians are all courteous and well-trained professionals and we are sure they will meet any standards of appearance and conduct you may set for your own employees.
FleetServe Operations Managers work alongside field crews to ensure quality work and adherence to policy. Random and unannounced evaluations occur to every crew at least once a month for quality assurance.
We believe that employees who appreciate their job and their employers take better care of their customers.
